information and data i used different tools and methods of research like qualitative and
quantitative methods. So that i can gather appropriate and accurate data which assist in
preserving the superiority of the report. I use altered sources of data gathering like primary and
secondary source of data collection because with the assist of primary basis i collect pure and fist
hand information where as secondary source help i offering detailed and brief data regarding a
particular topic. For collecting information i used questionnaire so that i can collect primary and
basic information by making communication with different people. In questionnaire i put a range
of question which helps me offering information about equality and diversity at workplace. It
also provide information regarding challenges, issues and complexities that are occurred and
faced by the management during the time of imposing equality and diverseness in working
environment. I aware about the strategies that are devised by the firm to deal with these kinds of
issues within the firm or workplace. An inclusive workplace also beneficial to make
development in the company, i also aware about the importance of this factors.
In addition to it, i make development in my skills like communication and time management
etc. Due to collecting data with the help of questionnaire, i communicate to different people who
belong from different regions and culture so they prefer different languages in their
communication. It will help time providing information about their culture and different
languages which they use (Bond-Barnard, Fletcher and Steyn, 2018). I rupture my work in small
part and set period so that i can absolute entire project one time. So with this, i also develop my
time management skills due to competing work timely. I suffered some problem like lack of time
and capital and these resources are sufficient to accomplish the research in efficient way. But due
to have effective management skills i gather quality information so that the quality of the
research will be maintained. I also make growth in my problem solving ability because when i
was performing the project i face several issues but due to have effective problem resolving
competencies and it help me improving my skills.
