INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a policy which should be focused by every
company. It includes all the ethical standards, code of conduct which are followed by a firm.
Every organisation follows this policy to see their activities which are performed by the
employees in an ethical manner or not. The aim of the study is to analysis the aim and objectives
for Charlotte Street hotel (Tarone, Gass and Cohen, 2013). It describes the project management
plan with covering the aspects of cost, time and communication. By producing the Gantt chart, it
helps in providing time frames. In addition to this, small scale research also applying in
qualitative research method. At last, data analysis and interpretation has also been done in this
report. With the use of reflection, it provides the value which are undertaken in the research to
meet the objectives.

Background of Study
It is important for every organisation to adopt the policy of corporate social
responsibility. CSR is a process by which company can analyse its actual level of performance so
that it can easily survive in competitive market. It can be said that it is necessary for every
organisation to understand the importance of CSR for acquiring growth by implementing it in
their day-to-day operations (Simonsohn, Nelson and Simmons, 2017). It is essential for the firm
to understand the way by which employees get benefited with the use of CSR activity. It also
explains the role of Charlotte Hotel, can implement this activity for their financial sustainability
and competitive growth. The aim of the study is to analyse the importance or impact of
Corporate Social Responsibility to achieve the growth and competitive advantage within an
organisation.
