ABSTRACTThe present study is based over the changes faced by online retail industry due to Technical changes in theoperations. The study will be based on Amazon and its operations. This firm deals in various categories ofcommodities such as household products, electronics, clothing, accessories, gadgets etc. there has beeninfluences of various huge brands which in turn very attractive for buyers to have better comparison and havethe products at their door steps. This organisation has influences of various other corporation which are makingthe unique collaboration with the entity. However, such influences of external power is helping it to have theunique identity as well as create the fruitful probability in the business. There has been various big mergers andacquisition of the firm which lead it to obtain the billion dollar empire in the market. To identify the currenttrend, consumer preferences as well as various new innovations in the market there is need to have properresearch over the market and over the consumers. However, with the help of primary data analysis this are themost preferable and favourable stage which is beneficial in collecting the appropriate information from themarket. In this research work to study in depth the effect of digital technologies on business activities of famouse-commerce company which is Amazon questionnaire is also been prepared. There are 7 question which will beasked to 20 respondents who the stakeholders of Amazon are such as employees, consumers suppliers etc.3
