INTRODUCTION
Managing the business is one of the most important part for organisation which leads
company to gain top position in market. There are various characterised relates with individual
through which they are able to perform work by executing there exercise and necessities in
appropriate manner. This report undertakes perspectives which are related with equality and
diversity on activities of a business. In the present scenario, most of the organisation are
performing there work at global level so large number of workforce are engaged in operations
and functions of company (Barak, 2016). This report is written from perspective of Rowlinson
Knitwear which operates there business in clothing industry. Moreover, this report highlights on
research aim and objectives which relates with equity and diversity. Along with this it is an
appropriate management plan, Gantt chart and WBS is to assign work with in right manner.

Equality and diversity are important concepts which relates with the area that ensure each
individual in the organisation work with opportunity and career that offer access to increase
without implementing discrimination at workplaces. Diversity concept show that main of its
functions diversify mission and practices to achieve competitive edge in market (Chin and
Trimble, 2014).

To examine the strategies and initiates that are implemented by the businesses to build
diverse and inclusive workforce. A case study on Rowlinson Knitwear limited Company.

To investigate all concepts related with equality and diversity.
To gain more knowledge related with strategies that are effective for building diverse and
inclusive workforce. To access idea and methods that retains employees for longer period in the organisation.

Project management plan is defined as an written document which includes all details
related with project that is used to demonstrate various activities (Cole and Salimath, 2013).
With the help of researcher an organisation effectively manage its workforce to achieve
organisational goals in minimum time period. Some essential elements of project management
plan are mention as follow:
Cost:
The term cost refers to the amount which is required by researcher to conduct all
activities and functions in a well defined manner. With help of this there are various objectives
are fulfilled. From perspective of researcher it is essential for to analyse cost of each activity to
complete research within a estimated budget.
S cope:
It is evaluated that research enable scope that provides wider scope to perform all
operations by ensuring those aspects which leads company to achieve goals in proper manner.
From perspective of researcher and organisation the scope for research is wide which leads
organisation to gain long term results by accomplishing opportunities.
Time:
Time period or project deadline is one of the most important aspects for organisation and
researcher that is used to manage all functions are managed within proper manner (Dike, 2013).
In context of Rowlinson Knitwear projects and research is considered to complete research
process for period 3 months.
Quality:
Quality is one of essential element that ensure for generating effective results from
research process. In this, this is important for research for ensuring information that posses better
quality to complete research by implementing right information and data.
Risk:

related with operations. So it is essential to gather information that not impacts to perform

There are various resources with the help of which researcher will be able to collect the

Rowlinson Knitwear limited Company there a need of formative resources like funds, human
capital, telephone, mobile etc. as to complete work in a well defined manner (Dobusch, 2014).

According to work-break down structure projects and task all are divided into sub-groups
which leads company to perform all objectives in organised manner. By understanding the work-
break down structure it is easy to understand project and generate meaningful conclusion from
them.
Gantt chart:
Gantt chart demonstrate the graphical representation about task which is required for
complete of project in effective manner. There are various activities are present on a chart which
represent dates on which task are performed (Evans, 2014). In the last, it is also identified that
Gantt chart represents horizontal and vertical lines for complete of project in minimum time.
