establishing different departments, sections and arrangement of those resources in an appropriate
manner. This is essential for business to manage their services related with accommodation in
better manner to gain positive outcomes. The given report is based upon Hilton Hotel that was
established at United States in 1919. It is international brand having both resorts and hotels
services for guests and visitors. The primary objectives of given assignment is to discuss about
various kinds of accommodation services that are presented in hospital sector along with front
office section role and responsibility for working in business. It also highlights about
contribution of housekeeping division and roles of facilities as well as security plays to provide

services in order to attain positive outcomes. This also assist them to create relationship with
their consumers and visitors so that they will visit in future time period. They should check
premises of hotel on regular basis so that they can repair it on time and attain best outcomes.

Security is defined as way of protecting people and organisation from getting any harm
(Nee, 2016). In context of Hilton Hotel, security is very important for their guests, consumers
and employees so that they get satisfied and happy. Whenever guests are visiting any hotel, it is
duty of manager of respective hotel to cater them with safety as well as security. Here, security
work is performed by respective department for their people. Some of the areas which are taken
care by security department are as follows:
Guest- The security should be provided to guest from abduction as well as health hazard
from external people, murder, food poisoning, hotel staff, pests and many more (Importance of

Staff- These people should be supply with safety such as insurance, lockers, funds, shoes,
fire fighting drills, pure clean drinking water, wash rooms and many more.
Guest Luggage- During check in/out, guests should be provided with secure luggage
store room, proper equipment and many more.
Hotel Equipment- This includes kitchen equipment, building, furniture fitting, lifts,

others. It is the duty of security department to provide with correct security.
