INTRODUCTION
Accommodation is defined as process to select proper building at good location,
establishing different departments, sections and arrangement of those resources in an appropriate
manner. This is essential for business to manage their services related with accommodation in
better manner to gain positive outcomes. The given report is based upon Hilton Hotel that was
established at United States in 1919. It is international brand having both resorts and hotels
services for guests and visitors. The primary objectives of given assignment is to discuss about
various kinds of accommodation services that are presented in hospital sector along with front
office section role and responsibility for working in business. It also highlights about
contribution of housekeeping division and roles of facilities as well as security plays to provide
effective accommodation services.

House keeping department is referred as work field that is responsible for cleanliness,
maintenance, back and public areas and so on (Accardo, Kuder and Woodruff, 2019). The
primary function of housekeeping section in Hilton Hotel are:
It is achieving high efficiency through providing of care and comfort to their guest,
visitors in proper manner.
They have to ensure about uniforms of all employees working under premises and
maintenance of inventories.
Welcome atmosphere should be comfort, good and courteous so that visitors feel happy
and satisfied.
They have to provide laundry services to their consumers in proper manner.

customers arrive on daily basis at hotel so it is important to provide them will available services
and facilities. In case they fails to do so then they feel dissatisfied and sad and cannot enjoy their
holiday, trips and many more.
