INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry refers to that sector of business that dedicates its major
operational activities towards providing satisfaction to firm’s valuable customers to establish
its good brand image in given marketplace of the workforce (Azizan, Pangil and Zin, 2021).
In recent times this industry have gain its importance, with little essence of innovation will
make such industries even more better in terms of ruling the charts of top business entities in
the world wide. Such types of sectors provides wide variety of services which includes
services like; Accommodation services, Food and Water services and any other hospitality
related concerns. The present report will cover operational working of Premier Inn that is a
UK based hospitality industry. Respective hospitality sector is a British hotel chain and is one
of the largest UK’s hotel brand with wide offering of over 72,000 rooms and 800 hotels in
domestic origin. The company was being founded by Whitbread in 1987, which also is a
established brand in international market covering countries like, United Arab Emirates,
Germany, India and many more (Bhuvan and Naik, 2019). The presented report will offer
various types of accommodation in hospitality industry, role of front office front office
department in respective accommodation services. With addition to that, contribution of
housekeeping department to bring in efficiency in working of accommodation services is also
being highlighted in this report and lastly exposer to various facilities in such services is
brought to light in this document.
