INTRODUCTIONThe company should manage all business operations with an objective to lead the market.The managerial function has to be properly executed which helps in achieving the competitivemarket (Stark, 2015). The present report is based on ABC Company which is a recruitmentcompany. The present assignment contains evaluation of interrelationship between differentprocess and function of company which help in achieving goals and objectives that has to bediscussed. Along with this, they have to use SMART approach which helps in creating the brandawareness.TASK 11.1 Interrelationships between the different process and functions of the companyManagers are the important person of company which aids in reap the targets. The job ofthe manager is that the employees of th company have to do give control in the best way and ineffective manner and inspire as well as direct the person in obtaining the targets (Monczka andet.al., 2015). There are different department in the company and distinct department havingdisparate manager which include:-Functional manager of the entity does various functions such as human resource, finance,sales etc. In ABC Company, different department have different manager which aid in managingall the activities which are done in the business. In the corporation, there are general manager which aids in meeting the goals andobjectives (Christopher, 2016). Managers have the responsibility to manage all the work succour in reap the goals. Theemployees of company do effective communication from the employees so that all theinformation should be shared properly so that they can do work in effective manner. Manager ofABC Company have to check that where training is needed to employees and they have toprovide them which assist in improving the performance as well as productivity The companymembers have to provide the qualitative services to consumers which help in obtain the target

and share the information in the time and also use best technology which assist ABC company inprocure the goals (Chang, 2016). 1.2 Methods of managementProcess mapping is helpful in analyzing activities which is done in the business. Alongwith this, it is the main basis for systematic management. The company can use process mappingby which they can take initiatives for improving business along with the increasing staffproductivity. By the process mapping, they can protect the knowledge capital. Managers havethe responsibility which assist in enabling the organisation to meet its objectives. The managershas the responsibility by which employees make correct plans then, organising, staffing andcontrolling which succour in reap the goals. Managers have to set the budgets which raise thefunds (Ward and Peppard, 2016). Management assist in describing the getting things done byother people and having the responsibility which improve the productivity. The companymembers have to use the information which assist in providing the better services. The mostimportant method of management is management by objectives. This method suucour in settingthe objectives or targets for the different aspects and company members have to do the allocationof resources. The company members have to take the decisions which helps in achieving thegoals and objectives.
