INTRODUCTION
In the different business activities all the things which are used in the operation should
be used n a proper manner so that they can provide all the qualitative services in effectively
and efficiently. It assists in leading the market as well as reaping the competitive advantages.
To manage operational activities managers as well as leaders have to utilise the resources so
that they can not face any obstacles and meet the needs and wants of the consumers and aid in
accomplishing the goals and objectives (Stark, 2015). To identify the desires of service users
they have to do appropriate research which succour in providing the best product to the end
users and improve the productivity as well as profitability. The present report is based on
ABC company which doing the recruitments of the candidates and provide the best jobs to
them. In the below mentioned assignment, organisation structure and culture of company as
well as interrelationship between different process and functions of the business entity has to
be discussed. Along with this the argument on operation plans by effective monitoring and
controlling so that they can maintain the standards of the product.

1.1 Interrelation between different process and function of ABC Company
In the company, employees have to use different and appropriate process so that they
can manage all the business activities which aid in attaining the goals and objectives. In the
business entity, distinctive functions are there and they are interrelated. Finance department
helps in making the budgets for all the activities so that all the work should be manage in a
proper manner (Monczka and et.al., 2015). The marketing department also needs the fund for
doing the promotion of the merchandise as well as services. Functional managers of ABC
Company having the different functions which includes human resources, finance, sales etc.
needs to do. In corporation, general manager is the person who needs the funds as well as
resources to manage all the business performance which assist in improving the productivity
and profitability. In the entire functional department they have to do effective communication
so that they can transmit actual information or data and that data should be used by them so
that they can reap their goals and objectives. If they share the information in a specific time
then the managers and higher authorities procure the targets and succour in attain leading
position in the market (Christopher, 2016).

Process map refers to the workflow diagram which is to bring to do clear
understanding of a process or series which assist in providing or delivering the services in a
appropriate manner (Chang, 2016).
First step is that they have to post the position so that the candidates can identify that which
type of jobs is this and what is the designation for that. In this they have to take the
application form from different candidate.
