There are various internal and external factors which affect on the organisational performance and lead to different challenges. In order to meet the challenges organisation required effective leadership as well as continuous improvement process. the continuous improvement process lead to changes within the management as well as consists different kind of other factors which has to be considered by the manager to achieve the business objectives and goals. In context to this I didn't lose changes related to technology new competition as internal process changes in header and various other. In relation to John Lewis, establish a supermarket brand with which is operating number of changes due to the current impact of COVID-19 as well as changes in working conditions. Some of these determinants and nature of organisation changes are discussed below: Technological changes: This can be seen that different markets and economy impacted adversely because of COVID-19.
