Foodarena is an arbitrary food shop chosen for discussion here. A discussion will be done on
how a newly opened food shop will expand its business. Also what sort of information and
knowledge is required in order to ensure effective decision making. Also the various sources
of external and internal information will be discussed. Apart from this recommendation will
be provided for its improvement or for the betterment of the food shop. How the management
will work to ensure its long run and how the communication should flow in order to make the
business more effective will also be discussed. Also various ways of its expansion will be
discussed in detail. And how the food shop will overcome challenges and competition will
also be discussed.
