can closely relate with each other through the use of mobile
phone.
This mobile phone provide facility to communicate with
different employees within an organization by sitting on his
desk itself.
Along with this it help in taking feedback spontaneously
and lead to develop good relation between employees.
It save time from moving one department to another and all
employees can take feedback or share information easily
with each other (Nakamur and Kato, 2016).
Apart from this, the emails is also the effective source of
the communication within the firm which help in
delivering information.
