INTRODUCTION For starting any business it is necessary to collect some information and knowledge so that can survive in competitive market. In the present report, study is based on ABC company wantopen new food restaurant an it want to expand its business in new geographical area. Thepresent report cover, different range of information which it need to collect for openingbusiness is identified. Along with this different communication process which company canused is explained apart from this various strategy which company can applied withinorganization for implementing a sale is discusses.TASK 11.1 The range of decision According to the given scenario, ABC new restaurant is establish which want to salehigh quality foods to non UK country within the European Union. For this purpose, businessneed to take various range of decision to be taken which are discussed below: Strategic decision: strategic decision are very important for the organization becausethey are made by high level department (Amiri and Al-Khafaji, 2016). It affect all thebusiness and activities and other level need to follow decision made by high level.Tactical decision: Tactical decision are those which are made by organization afterstrategic decision. In this all the strategic decision made by organization need toimplement effectively b the organization. money, resources and human are involved inthe tactical decision which are available at ABC company. along with this tacticaldecision is that which are taken by personal experience.Operational decision: Operational decision are those which are taken daily for carryingout day to day business operation. This decision are very important for the organizationbecause company help in achieving organizational goal and objective on time. For starting a new business this all decision need to make so that all activities can be carriedout easily and ABC company can earn profit. Each level in organization is important anddecision made by them help organization in achieving success.3

1.2 Information need for making decision for starting business.For starting a new business there are some information and knowledge which need togather so that effective decision can be made by ABC company. the organization want to salehigh quality foods to its customer for this it need to make sure that right information is collectedsuch as it must have knowledge of suppler who supply good quality of raw material for makingprodcut at reasonable price. At the upper level strategic decision were made in which companydecide what strategy it can formulate for increasing sale and for earning profit. After formulatingstrategy organization need to hire skilled employee or trained existing employee so that it caneasily make innovative and high quality product and services. Further there is operational levelwhere information nee from internal sources. All the employee who are working at operationallevel report to manager so that all work can be monitor. It help in arranging each and every workin systematic manner so that employee not get dissatisfy with their work. 1.3 Internal and external source of information There are various internal and external sources of information which ABC company need tounderstand because this help in making decision. Some of the internal sources are as follows: Sale figure: ABC company can easily make different type of descsion which help in achievingorganizational goal and objective on time. For Example if sale figure of last 6 month is high thencompany can easily carry on selling its existing product and services (McClendon and Robinson2013.). On the other hand of if there is fluctuation in sale goes down then company need to focuson making new and innovative product and services.Customer record: customer record is also best way for making decision such as if in recordrepeated customer is high then it show that ABC company product and services satisfy the needsand wants. So company can easily make decision by seeing its customer record.
