INTRODUCTIONManaging communication is an important activity for the managers of organization toperform the basic functions such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling. It also helps themanagers to enhance personal networking to take effective decision by making better strategies inthe organization (Coombs, 2014). ABC is an enterprise which wants to enter in the retail business ofUnited Kingdom. The present file explains various types of decisions which are made at differentlevels in the firm. It describes the list of stakeholders which helps the organization in their decisionmaking process. Further, it also represents the ways of corporation to establish business relationshipwith selected associates in the country. It defines the existing process of communication for smallvoluntary enterprise. In addition, it explains present methods of formatting, storage, collection anddissemination of information and knowledge. TASK 11.1 Explaining the ranges of decisions to be takenABC organization takes different types of decisions on the basis of information andknowledge at various levels. These are like:Strategic Level- Strategic decisions help the firm to develop rules, regulation anddepartmental plan to achieve profit in the market (Tally, 2011). This process helps the toplevel manager ofABC to design effective policies to start new business in the UnitedKingdom. Tactical Level- Tactical decision contributes effective role to implement the plan which aremade by top level management in order to get appropriate output for the firm. This strategyis necessary to initiate new retail business in the nation. Management of ABC takes knowledgefrom government officials to know about taxes and tariffs in the market. This information also aidsthe firm to make its policies to start a new retail business in the nation. Organization needsknowledge about competitor’s strategies and its policies (Cornelissen, 2014). This approach alsohelps ABC to make counter strategies in the nation. 1.3 Explaining internal and external sources of information with proper justificationInternal and external sources also help organization to design new strategies whichcontributes effective role to establish a new business.
