INTRODUCTION
• Event management is the application of project management in which planning is done related to organizing
of big events such as conferences, festivals, ceremonies, formal parties, concerts or conventions.
• Present study will lay emphasis on Kuoni destination management. The company is engaged in providing
professional destination management services. This provide support to meeting, incentive and conventions
utilized in organizing events.
• Presentation will lay emphasis on event layout to correctly set-up the conference and event rooms to meet-
