This research study focuses on the importance of managing crises in the hospitality sector, with a case study on Marriott Hotel. It includes the analysis of research aims, methods, major findings, limitations, and suggestions for further research. The study covers the introduction, literature review, research methodology, analysis and findings, recommendations and suggestions, and conclusion. The research type is qualitative, with an interpretivism research philosophy and inductive research approach. The sample size is 30 employees of Marriott.
