recommend top level is included in organisation so it work positive aspect to
implement diverse workforce in organisation. Tesco's top level administration can
direct gathering with colleagues to comprehend the purpose for obstruction of
different work environment. By doing so issues can be perceived and arrangement
can be determined for better results.

CONCLUSION
• With the above summarised report it is concluded that this is important for all
organisation to manage and complete all work as per diverse culture. The main concern
to perform work with diverse workforce is to make productive results from all
operations. This also refers employees of the company must work with collaborative
approach so long term results are gained by management. With the formulation of aims
and objectives it is identified that company delegates right roles and responsibilities to
