Customer feedback – It is important for Little Italy Soho restaurant to consider customer
feedback technology that will assist in gaining information about the views of customers
regarding company and its products. The customer feedbacks can be consider as the
guiding resources for the growth of the business and it will lead to attract more and more
to purchase products and services of respective company.
Display advertising – This is refer as the banner advertising which is the form of
advertising that conveys a commercial message visually using text, logos, animations,
videos, photographs and so on. This is very creative and attractive form of advertising
and providing information to customers about the products and services offered by
company. Display advertising is effective marketing technology which will lead to
provide information about organisational products as well as increase awareness
regarding Little Italy Soho offerings.

operational risk. In this it is essential for organisation to adopt current and future trends to
perform business in effective manner. There are different type of trends such as safety and
hygiene, contactless payment, social trends, mobile check in services etc with the help of which
hotels or organisation in food industrial sector can treat consumers in effective manner.
