INTRODUCTION
Managing growth is about to control the growth opportunities and make decisions
apparently (Rego, Lopes and Simpson, 2017). This report is based on the case study of Falkner
Wink in respect to managing growth in the professional firm. This entire project would overlook
at different aspects related to the firm management. Henceforth, based on the entire case study
this report will define the key areas that are considered as the main issues part of the Falkner
firm. This project would also address the SWOT Analysis in respect to the Falkner Wink.
Furthermore, ideal organization stricture in respect to the Falkner Wink Company in respect to
deal with the issues stated above in this project. This report will also further summarizes about
some specific areas associated with the organization by identifying the potential areas of steps to
be taken to address such issues.

Main problem facing Falkner Wink firm
Falkner Wink firm was facing some crucial issues that was also challenging the overall
growth of the company. The main issues were related to leadership. This was among the key
issues which the organization is facing at this point in time. Leadership of Falkner Wink could
not deliver the effective level of outcomes as it was performing earlier (Godiwalla, 2018). Due to
the poor leadership management of the firm could suffer that created a negative environment and
culture in the organization. In recent time the organization required to face downfall in the
overall performance of organization which could challenge the organization in the market. The
miss management is another key issue which the firm is facing. Poor leadership can also be the
possible reason behind the miss management the organization could entertain. As the miss
management in the firm spoil every single functional direction associated with the organization.
In the Falkner Wink firm employees of company was also not clarified about the policies of
organization. This is also among the critical issue which organization is facing at this point in
time where the organization was constantly changing its policies that created several doubts in
the mind of employees (Adserias, Charleston and Jackson, 2017). Pricing policy of firm has also
been among the major issue which organization is facing. The prices company was charging was
economical but at the other side employees was charging extra profits that further could

increases the overall prices charge by organization. The resources of company were also limited
that also created a negative impact over the operations of organization.
In case of any organization it is important that prices offer by organization do not change
constantly. There must be an assurance in favor of the customers towards the prices company
offer to its customers. Some of the partners where charging extra cost and some kept the prices in
a limit which created a certain amount of confusion in the mind of potential customers available
in market. Price is among the crucial factor influence the overall operations of organization. The
initial level of business operation also addresses the technical issue where organization was not
able to deal with its customers effectively. It could not address the issues and problems
customers facing in utilizing services of Falkner Wink firm that also reduced the overall
customer satisfaction in context to organization (Asif, 2019). IN case of any organization behind
the overall success and failure of organization level of customer satisfaction plat dominating role
in context to organization. If the organization cannot deliver high level of customer satisfaction
rate than it will directly harm the overall growth and development of organization in respective
market.
The completion in the market is also aggressive. This is also among the key challenge
which Falkner Wink firm was facing that they required to face strong competition from all the
well established companies along with the local and small or medium scale organization
delivering similar services. This has been among the major challenge or issue which company is
facing. Competing directly cut the overall growth rate of company and the possibility to achieve
the business outcome. Especially the sector Falkner Wink firm is dealing right now require
positive and strong brand value to attract the potential level of outcome (Ciulla and et.al., 2018).
The main issue was the organization is its small or low value and the scale of business is also
restricted at a small level that also resisted the brand value of the organization. All these issues
could harm and spoil the overall growth and development of organization. IF the organization
wants to attract strong growth possibility than it required to address all these issues and problems
in order to boost and enhance the overall growth of the Falkner Wink firm.
