It is vital for all the business entities to manageemployees at workplace so that organisational goals could be attained (Shields and et.al., 2015).For this purpose, managers formulate plans and strategies for betterment of company. Theenterprise which is selected for this report is Whirlpool. It is mainly established in UnitedKingdom. It was founded by Robert Elton in year 1980. Currently it is selling its products andexecuting business operation all around the world. This assignment covers various topics such asHRM models, analysis of approach of company, critical discussion of HR functions oforganisation and evaluation of different HRM software programs that are available off shelf andtheir suitability for entity.
