It is the multinational chain of supermarket which is located in UK. The manager focuses on providing superior quality services to its customer at marketplace. Apart from this, the HR professional recruit’s talented subordinates in order to increase their performance level of business organisation. Therefore, the human resource department conducttraining sessionto its employees for executing their task in an effective manner. They offeron the jobas well as off the job trainingmethod to its employees in order to resolve the problems and issues which are confronted by company during a period of time(Banfield, Kay and Royles, 2018). MAIN BODY Training approach Training plays an important role for increasing skill and knowledge of employees within business organisation. It is necessary to provide effective training in order accomplish goal and objective of business organisation. In addition to this, the HR Manager offer on the job and off the job training method to its employees in order to increase their performance level at workplace. And also, it helps in boosting productivity as well as profitability of business firm in stipulated period of time(Boella and Goss-Turner, 2019). Advantage of Training approach Training helps in enhancing satisfaction as well as morale of staffs that helps in increasing efficiency of business organisation. Training assists in implementing advanced technology in order to adopt the changes at workplace. Disadvantages The major drawbacks of training session are added equipment cost to the company can consider as a limitation for TESCO. The training providing to its staffs is taking too must time as well as it is costly method.
Methods of Training approach There is different kind of training approach which is adopted by TESCO that is going to be mentioned below: On the job training Job rotation:Herein, the movement of person from one position to another that helps in increasing knowledge from various job assignments. The HR Manager of TESCO adopting this training method in order to increases the performance level of employees at workplace. Coaching: In this method, the trainer provides coaching to its employees in order to boost their experience level. Apart from this, the trainer offer effective training that helps in increasing productivity as well as profitability level within business organisation(Chelladurai and Kerwin, 2018). Job instruction: Herein, the HR Manager provides the instruction to its employees in order to perform different business activities and functions within organisation. They can resolve the mistake of trainee that helps them in motivating towards achieving goal and objective of company in short span of time. Off the job training Case study method:This training method is adopted to resolve the problems by its employees for success and growth of organisation. In addition to this, it enhances the critical thinking of subordinates at workplace. Lectures:Herein, the manager provide lecture that helps them in clearing up the methods as well as concepts in better way. It helps the company in boosting the knowledge and skill of employees at workplace. Simulation:This is considered as a process in which supervisor give opportunities to its employees to work as a marketing manager. And also make effective strategy and tactics in order to resolve the problems arises at workplace.

In addition to this, the manager of TESCO considers these entire factors before implementing training session for staff of company. It increases skills and knowledge of employees in order to perform their work in better way. It also enhances the motivation and satisfaction level of subordinates towards achieving goal and objective of business organisation in stipulated period of time.
