Managing human resources in HSCTask 1Explain the factors that is need to be considered when planning the recruitment of individualsIn the field of health and social care a company or any hospital must be aware of the situation that the facilities of their servitude is directly or indirectly connected with the health of the people. In this case the HR manager of Royal London hospital has to take full care of the terms and the conditions of the hospitals while giving servitude to the patients. Royal London Hospital is facing some sort of problems while giving proper servitude to the patients and their families. That is the reason they have told the HR manager to make a proper recruitment where they will able to recruit eligible employees for the hospital. They have many situations and conditions while recruiting the employees for the company (Anders, 2012). The employee turnover must be within the limit so that they don’t have to take responsibilities of too much expense. In this situation the HR manager is the one who willhave to take full responsibilities of recruiting the proper employees respecting the terms and the conditions of the hospital.The authority of the hospital is not ready to bare too much money in the recruitment process. So the HR manager of the hospital must take a good care of the rule.The hospital has favored to keep the old and efficient employees in the hospitals in order to reduce the employee turnover. The HR manager is the one who will be taking care of all these conditions of the hospital.It is obvious that the hospital will always desire to have the eligible employees in the hospitals in order to improve the quality of service in the hospital. These are the basic and common factors that should be considered while recruiting the employees for Royal London Hospital. The HR manager is the one who has to take all the initiatives in order to make a perfect recruitment section while maintaining all the terms and the conditions of the hospital.1.2 Explain how relevant legislative and policy frameworks of the home country affect the selection and recruitment of individuals to work in Royal London HospitalIt is obvious that UK is a well-developed country and the terms and conditions of the country have to be maintained in an effective way in order to maintain a proper flow in work environment. The recruitment is in the health and social field so the people of the country must be treated in the most effective way in order to avoid any kind of negative impact of the hospital in the society. The main motto of the country is to build a disease free healthy society and the government of the country is ready to take any kind of step to maintain it. Royal London Hospital is well-aware of the situation and they are ready to take any kinds of responsibilities if something goes wrong. That is why it is very crucial for the management department of the hospital to take extra care while recruiting an employee for the hospital. The frameworks and thepolicies of the government of UK mainly say that the hospitals should maintain a proper environment in the hospital premises and the staffs and the nurses of the hospital must be well-trained and must have proper knowledge in the field in order to avoid ant technical mistakes Page 4 of 14
