Executive summary
The report focused on identifying the concept of content theory and process theory and the
manner in which one of the theories might be applied in the case of the concerned organization,
Subway. The report analyzed the theories and thereby identified goal oriented Process theory as
the most feasible concept for the organization. The report would also enumerate a recommended
