INTRODUCTION
Innovation can be characterized as a thought which is embraced or seen for the

British firm Bentley Motors limited which is headquartered in Crewe, England, UK and
produces premium automobiles along with motor sport vehicles. The respective company was
founded in the year 1919 and regularly offers innovative and unique products in the market
which is the reason behind success of the firm in various international markets. This main
purpose of this report is to construct a guide to innovation which covers preparation of
innovation procedure. This report includes description about current capabilities of the respective
organization which are asses ed with the use of applicable framework. In addition to this, main
