Introduction
The manner that helps in managing the co-existing nature of cultural diversity in the
community and national level is known as Multiculturalism. The concept of diversity
represents the understanding and acceptability for individual differences (Harvey & Allard,
2015). The purpose of the paper is to develop a diversity and inclusion plan under the
service-based organization of Australia for the diverse groups, Aboriginal and women. The
organization selected for this paper is to Flourish Australia. The report will represent
diversity goals and strategies for improving the current state of diverse groups. In this paper,
the key performance indicator of the diversity plan will be discussed. The paper will also
reflect the ethical concerns leading to barriers to employment. The paper will be concluded
by presenting a summary, including the main practice for improving the current state.
Discussion
Diversity and inclusion plan
Flourish Australia reflects the vision of enabling complete participation by forming a
diverse and inclusive community in Australia. Flourish Australia thrive towards eliminating
discrimination in the organizational culture by the strategy of ensuring equitable, non-
prejudicial treatment and fair environment (Flourishaustralia.org.au, 2019). The reason for
being respectful for the differences reflects their belief for contributing help to the
community with unique skills and competencies. Flourish Australia includes CALD
(Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities, LGBTI communities, disabled people
and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities (ATSI) (Flourishaustralia.org.au,
2019). Our organizational principles support inequality by incorporating innovative solutions
for the purpose of addressing the concerns of every individual the organization support.
