INTRODUCTIONManaging people in the organisation is very tough task for the manager in theorganisation. It is the whole process which is important to be done on time. Managementincludes some vital functions such as planning, organising, staffing and controlling. Thesefunctions help organisation to accomplish the goal successfully. This present report is based onteamwork, motivation and leadership of M&S company. These factors play a very vital role inthe company. This report will discuss about the different approaches of leadership, team workand management. Along with that, company will cover the overall management functions withthe help of different motivational theories. Management leadership initiate different talentedemployees towards the organisational goals. This development process increases organisationvalues.Approaches of Leadership, Management and Team workLeadership approaches and styles are very important to fulfil the overall organisationalgoals. Manager of M&S responsible to adopt leadership approaches to accomplish the overalltarget (Agnoletti, 2014). This leadership styles must be taken into consider in terms of training,staff meeting and group discussion. Apart from that, manager must adopt these approaches andstyles to obtain organisation’s sales revenue. There are many approaches and styles throughwhich company can easily get their employees performance in more effective way. There aretwo leadership approaches mentioned below which describes the leadership styles.Charismatic:Leaders must have quality of attractiveness through which they attract positiveenvironment in the organisation. It makes new growth and opportunity for the futuredevelopment. Furthermore, Mark & Spencer’s manager should use this kind of leadership styleto create healthy environment. Charismatic approach helps company to enhance their employee’sperformance because attractive leader always takes employees issues seriously and try to solvethem so that employees always share their issues with the leader. This type of leader is veryskilled communicator as they are perfect in verbal or non-verbal communication. They analysethe employees’ emotions deeply and that they give them satisfactory benefits and motivation tomake them happy (Anderson, and et.al., 2015). It is the process which interact between qualitiesof the charismatic leader. These leaders create positive environment and attract opportunities andgrowth. Furthermore, magnetic leader always finds some new ways to accomplish the overall1
