In my last job as a cashier I learnt the new approach where customer can not be waited by the organisation and here as a cashier I ensured that they are satisfied and offered hot drinks and I was keeping the place as clean as possible. On this daily basis I had to compile a report for the managers to ensure that the business is running smoothly. The second place I was working as a salesperson where I recognised that being as a salesperson I identified anew approach while selling shoes I also suggest them, to buy related products to increase the sales so I sale them product like handbags, hosiery and shoe polish which also increases the sales of our company products. Then the workplace I worked as a waitress I measure that customer is important for us so the customer have to be asked about everything and I identified this approach as useful one was checking with customers to ensure that they were enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems that arose. I was cleaning tablesand counters after customers had finished dining. I was preparing hot, cold and mixed drinks for customers and served bottles of wine. I was collecting payments from customers. So by this customers feel very good and this make them ton visit again. 4.Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the outcome?) I was at the restaurants where I was working as a waitress, I was taking orders from the customers for food and beverages. So these are the activities I have in the short span of time by handling customers I learnt a lot like how customer behave and what kind o f serving restaurant must provide to the customer. At the second place I work as a room attendant I realise that cleaning and tidy is needed to impress the guests I ensure that all aspects of cleaning are covered, this includes changing the bed linen, making beds, vacuum, mopping floors and replenishing shares of guest supplies such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. I organise my work schedule from the flat status list, occupied arrivals and departures. I promote a positive image of the property to all the guests. 5.Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?) I was a cashier at the car washing so I was assigned as a cashier but what I see and I done is different from my work I was watching that customer are waiting a lot for their cars to wash at that time customers feel so uncomfortable and if they feel uncomfortable and then it will create problems at the car wash centre so give them space and I also offered them I ensured that they were satisfied and offered hot drinks. Also I realised that I was confident enough to answer all the questions which has been asked to me during the interview process. I have analysed during the interview process that I was really weak in presentation skills. This I need to learn so it can be helpful for me to settle down my career in sports industry. I have also analysed that during the time of interview my experience has really helped me in communicating with the interviewer. I have also analysed that during the time of practice interview I was really calm and composed. I also put my phone of silent mode so that there is no break in the time of interview. This will help me successfully clearing up the interview process. I also find out that during the time of interview preparations I was really not looking into the eyes of interviewee.
