using accountant software like ERP and have lot of knowledge related to accounting. I have
4 years of experience in working as an accountant. I have a vast knowledge of creative
thoughts. I wanted to apply for this job because I want to explore my ideas. In my opinion,
this organization provokes my talent and will provide me a great platform to use my skills.
So according to me I will be suitable candidate for this position.

Recently I have completed my internship in KPMG Babraham, Cambridge, UK and after the
completion of my education, I found that this company had a vacant position indifferent
departments. So I decided to upload my CV for TESCO. I am hoping to get an opportunity

(what did you do and what was the outcome?)
I am very passionate, dedicated and confident about my responsibilities. I always raise my
hands up for taking duties and responsibilities. Time management has always been the
biggest barrier in my work. I prefer to serve the produce the best quality of work rather than
serving bad quality with minimum time. I always get the title of perfectionist in my work and
I never wanted to waste this title. So I work for quality no matter if I have to contribute more
time to company. I manage team well and always succeed works with the completion of task
on time. For example, I have lead the biggest project in my previous company and we had a
team of 7 people and I was assigned an authority of lead project manager and we had not

only completed that target one day before due date, but also won title of the best quality

I have the capability or high potential to adapt changes and bring big as well as
positive change at workplace. so I am familiar with different working strategies. Innovation
and introduce new ideas of working. I will be very comfortable in working with different
ideas. I also somehow manage to encourage my colleagues and other staff members to adopt
the ideas and work accordingly. As I have earlier mentioned that, I am very good at
convincing people so this communicative attitude in the firm will helpful in inspiring the
working approaches of employees. I have been appreciated for sharing new working methods
and strategies with other people at workplace. I always assist my team members in
completing their task in systematic manner. I sometimes try to introduce different working
techniques and if I found worthy procedure then I stick to the same working strategy and also
inspire other colleagues to do the work more efficiently and effectively than before. Once I
had this type of problem in my earlier job place. Customer returned the files and told us to
correct it again. We had completed that project in almost 4 to 5 working days giving extra
working hours for the company and that file was again send back by the customer to make
changes in it. Then I suggested my team leader to have a group meeting for all members and
then I shared idea to change the certain keywords of the topic and relate whole project to it.
This idea was implemented accordingly and had a great impact on customer's mind. In this
way, I was appreciated for the work and was proved to be productive resource for the

1. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities
and complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
If I had to perform different tasks at the same time, then I will manage those tasks
according to their priority and gather a team of reliable workers. I will assign part of tasks to
each and takes the responsibility to make these assignments of tasks and an overall
comprehensive project with establishing the relationship among all the small tasks done by
the group member. Sharing makes the task more effective and efficient as individually, we
only focuses to do targeted work but team work gets the task done on time in a more
attractive way. Togetherness also lets us to involve all the extracted ideas of the group
members. Team work will help me to manage work according to the deadline of tasks. This
thing promotes and inspires team quality in the employees and this way they feel motivated
to take the responsibilities and to complete the work on time. I remember a time when I was
working with my last organization and after my 15 days of joining, company had to bear a
flow of tasks, at the same time work burden was increased. I was assigned with 5 multiple
tasks on the same day, then I chose to work smartly rather than completion of tasks on time. I
took help of my colleagues and started working for the same. Assignment of duties to team
rather than individually completing the task help us to achieve the target with lot of ease.

your point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
I was assigned a project on development and growth opportunities for employees in
college. There I was assigned a role of group leader and we are given a specific time period
to complete the task. Completion of project within a specific time period requires a lot of
attention and hard work of the day to get the project completed on time. It was my newly
formed group and I was not even knowing the strengths of my team, so I had an idea to judge
them according to their qualifications. Using my communication skills, I influence minds of
my team members to produce their thoughts according the requirement of topics and relate
such issues with practice and work accordingly. I knew that communication of team
members is an effective way to make them comfortable with one another. All of them
suggested their ideas and we had successfully planned to implement one comprehensive
solution out of many suggested thoughts. This way they all interacted and I had planned a
great idea. This interaction helped me to achieve main objective of making them all

communicative and expressive to each other. By making use of this skill we have achieved a
target of producing an effective output.
