Executive summary
The aim of the paper is to analyze the leadership style that I used to organize my group in the
dance performance in our annual concert. I played four roles of planning, organizing, controlling
and leadership while guiding my team members in a dance performance. Even though my
leadership was efficient, yet I faced problem in controlling and organizing my team mates.
