Specious is a software company which made software for other business in technology
and able to provide different software to a different company. This is the business to a business
company that provides their product to the technology-based company for manufacturing
different technical products. This company is located in Welwyn City, England. This company
has 90 employees who are in the company at the different posts for performing different
processes. They are having a flat organizational structure in which everyone needs to directly
report to their senior of the company. This creates direct interaction and leads to a decrease in the
communication gap and provides high productivity for the company. For this company, there is a
need to provide some recruitment process which can able to fulfill some required post it in the
company for better management.
