In context to this, chosen company is “Geneme departmental store”, which is a middle sized enterprise and having their many stores in Northallerton city where there selling of many products like toys, housewares, clothing, toiletries, sporting goods and many more. There are 200 employee in their company and having the functional structure (Gupta, 2018).
Main body Recruitment is the process of hiring the right person for vacancy. In this there are different stages like propping for ideal candidate, sourcing and attracting talent, convertingapplicants,selectingandscreeningcandidates,interviewprocess, reference checking and on-boarding is there.
