It is so important to find out new method and technique regarding particular activity or
project, as it enable individual to get desire result. I want to share my experience that I had
gained during time when I determined a new approach to solve an issue. Lack of effective
communication and misunderstanding among people in my previous job is an example of issue
that I had faced earlier and effort to solve it, by communicating with individual worker and
taking initiative to determine key reason behind this situation. I also effortto understand the need
and expectation of team member and then direct them to work together. I attempt to arrange
group meeting, where individual employee coordinate and interact with each other and know
everyone appropriately, as it make group working activity easier for them. Furthermore, during
this circumstance I identified new and effective approach that is group activities at workplace
that gather all together at one place and give chance to communicate, collaborate and coordinate.
This method is quite effective as it enables organizer to solve specific issue and obtain positive
outcomes on time without any negative affects.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the
outcome?)
At work load time I had to manage a number of varied priorities such as team work,
performance monitoring, measuring marketing strategies and plans along with developing each.
All these things I had done in short amount of time, which is quite tough for me to do so, but still
I had handled this situation and obtain positive outcomes in term of achieving business objective
and aim. During this circumstance, I work hard and focus on main priorities of organization,
which management effort to fulfil in excellent and systematic manner. Work load is the most
challenging situation for every person, as it drives their attention towards formation of strategic
approaches, techniques and plans through which they can achieve set aim without any mistake. I
face this situation and manage my as well as other work, in appropriate way that make work load

easy to manage for everyone at work area in the company. I had managed process of forming a
tactic related to products marketing excellently and in productive manner. I had also encouraged
individual candidate to take part in group meeting and share their innovative and creative ideas,
which we all implement to reach at expect results in short amount of period.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your

I want to tell about a particular project and that is development of marketing plan, for
which I worked on and persuade others my point of view clearly, which enable them as well to
take part in entire process and contribute to make it successful. As I am accountable to
accomplish this project, so I had work actually hard to add key points and elements within this
plan to make it beneficial and profitable for the company and its stakeholders who also take
interest in success of brand and its continuous progress in the marketing world. This project is
really quite important for me as I am highly responsible to obtain positive and desire results
through it. I had worked on that and also persuade others to give own opinion about my point of
views, ideas and plan, which I developed for sake of organizational benefits. Their suggestions

Description
I being the marketing assistant of organization was able to manage scales of market
which helps to function and analyze the market situation on large scale (Kaptay, 2017). This also
helped me in knowing what my roles and responsibilities were which further helped me in
developing them and enhancing my skills so that I can deliver my best performance by being
marketing assistant. I being marketing assistant was able to identify my key strengths and areas
in which I am strong enough in marketing segment.
Feelings
I felt very good on professionally being the marketing assistant as this has also helped in
increasing my confidence and has motivated me to know more about my roles and

responsibilities which I delivered to the organization (Adeani and et.al., 2020). I also felt
encouraged in delivering my part of knowledge by being the marketing assistant and along with
this I also learned many things which were new to me in my performing my work more
effectively and efficiently. Therefore, being marketing assistant helped me learn many things.
Evaluation
The good thing about being the marketing assistant was that I got to learn many new
ways of performing the role which will also further help me in my professional career. And in
this process, I also was able to analyze my key strengths and weaknesses on large scale while
delivering my duties to work (Middleton, 2017). The bad thing about being marketing assistant
was that it became very tough for me to work on practical grounds and analyze the financial
scales in the working.
Analysis
The situation in which I was being placed as marketing assistant was that I was able to
analyze the situations and the strategies which were being framed for performing the best of how
effective and efficient I am able to deliver my best performance in organization by being the
marketing assistant (Wain, 2017). This also helped in analyzing and evaluating what can be the
situations for Global world leading creative digital production agency is helpful for me in my
professional career and at marketing assistant position.
Conclusion
I being marketing assistant learned many things which helped me in building up my
position in an effective and significant manner (Zadorozhna and et.al., 2018). Also, I conclude
this by saying that there were many aspects in marketing segment which I could have explored
but this helped me analyze and evaluated aspect that what can be other factors which could have
let me be best and deliver my performance on scale of excellence overall. Along with this, I
being marketing assistant helped me in my professional career.

The changes which I expect in the future should be on scale of knowing what is the base
through which all the effective and efficient processes can be taken into accordance and so that
this helps me in knowing what are the necessary changes which I can take for benefit of knowing
that my performance can be improved and my position can be changed from being a marketing
assistant to some higher position (Wareing, 2017). Thus, this is future of how I seek my best.
