INTRODUCTION
Human resource is the important area of the company which helps out to manage all the
areas and the management in the firm properly. It is mainly the single and the different division
which use to carry out all the hiring and the various process through which the recruitment of the
important person and the training of the employees are being reenergized(Ahmed and et. al.,
2020). As in order to motivate the employees in proper manner and to maintain all the areas
through which best selection and the recruitment can be attained. The organisation chosen for
this report is Burberry it is a British fashion luxury company, headquartered in London. It deals
with clothes, footwear and all the fashion accessories. This report will deal with the selection,
recruitment, motivational theories and all the influencing behaviour within it.
MAIN BODY

Recruitment is the method through which the employees are hired, found and also the
candidates various nature is being seeking for a particular job position.
Selection is the method through which the hiring in the company use to take place there
has been analysed that through this method the right person with the proper skills is being
selected as when the applicant use to apply in that organisation.
The most important steps of the recruitment and selection in the Burberry is as follows: Making the plan of Recruitment- this is the first stage where HR of the company use to
see the vacant position and the job description with how many of the members are there
by being included in the company to work.(Analoui and Kazi, 2021). Talent Search- In this method the HR will there by explore out the talent which is
required by the company in order to gain the advancement . The internal source in it is
