IntroductionManaging people in an organization is the major activities for the manger. Sustaining in thecompetitive market is the basic goal for every organization. But every organization get toachieve this goal. Some company can achieve this goal very comfortably. On the other hand,some companies struggle to achieve it or couldn’t achieve the goal. The success depends on theemployees of the organization (Buckley et al., 2016). Employees are the heart of an organization.For this reason, the manager should be very careful about recruiting, hiring, training, nourishing,bring organization change, motivating the employees. Only technical skill and experience can getthe job done. Managers should have the ability and knowledge for managing people in theorganization effectively.

Thisapplication can be online based or off-line based. The manager needs to put a deadline in theapplication form. Candidates give their cover letter through the application form.
