Construction organization like Greenhouse needs to make up a formal plan for the
project. In this the required project is divided into required number of units. Project management
tools is needed for divided the required project into small units that is work breakdown
structure(Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). The WBS of this project is prepared as per the needs to the
project. It is prepared in the beginning phase of the project. WBS for Greenhouse Construction
organization aims to provide details related to activity and description of task. It helps in
providing proper framework of the project, multi-level and work breakdown structure.

The most significant part of completing the project is all about successful completing of
the project. It is needed for completing the required project which is achieved by completing
each and very small task. In similar way, the task implementation can be achieved in similar way
(Fleming and Koppelman 2016). For achieving the overall objectives of the project, various
parameters like effort, dependency and duration should be taken into account. It can be achieved
by making use of Gantt chart which is prepared by making use of Gantt chart. There are large

completing this project.
