Quality management is a very crucial factor in health and social care organization

users. Improved and better quality services will help the NHS hospital to serve
customers for their satisfaction.

It is an important for an organisation to evaluate the services which are offered by
organisations to the users. for this, it is essential for management of NHS to collect
views and feedbacks from internal as well as external parties which help them in
achievement of quality targets.
