INTRODUCTION
In health and social care, quality is necessary component and it has various perspectives
as well as interpretations. It is necessary for external stakeholders and service users of health and
social care. It is a responsibility of health and social care sector is to provide better quality of
services to patients. This present report is based on Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust. It
