Quality management is essential for development and growth of every
kind of business because customers want quality of products and services
for which they are paying. It assists company in managing their brand
image, grabbing customers and in continuously managing existing
image.

organisation
Maintaining quality is necessary for White chapel Hospital because it
help in grabbing customers easily and properly. Although for health
care organisations, it is essential to set standard on which they have to
work for maintaining quality of their offerings.

Strategies that may be used while implementing
quality at health care
There are several approaches given for managing quality of work
which is going in White chapel hospital because they use high
technologies for resolving various emergency issues and for serving the
best quality of services.

hire such candidate who's skills and talent is suitable for them.
Total Quality Management- For constant growth of business,
manager of company has to use effectual approach; TQM is one of
them. This assists in managing quality of operation department because
management of quality work is done in the same approach.

Potential barriers which may come across as a
health care official while delivering QMS
Managing overall working as well as quality is not an easy work
because it requires proper skills and knowledge to first understand that
and after work on it. When services are provided to numbers of users,
then many problems arise like language, culture and important is that
everyone have different viewpoints.

Conclusion
Quality management is important for every kind of business but in
service sector, it plays a vital role. In organisation related to health and
social care, management have to focus on quality of services they are
