IntroductionCSR activity are related with the providing welfare and wellbeing to the society by abusiness organization. There is various issue in the community includes poverty, health andsafety, unemployment and so on. A corporate is the part of society which needs to takeinitiatives and provide assistance which helps to meet their sustainable goals and target(Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). The current report based on Hilton Hotel which is one of theleading accommodation service provider in the United Kingdom. They required to implementCSR project which helps to increase their goodwill and increase satisfaction level of itsstakeholder. Task 1P1 Aims and Objectives Today, CSR activity plays a prominent role in the success for every business organization. ithelps to create reputation and build ideal image in the community which is too significant.The top management of the company is seeking CSR at strategic decision which helps tomeet its short and long term goals and target in an appropriate manner. Hilton Hotel isoperating their business activities in more than 80 countries and they having approx. 180000skilled work force (Andersen, 2010). For them, CSR is one of the major issue and needs in aplanned manner in order to attain stakeholder’s goals and targets. This is also a legalobligation for a business organization is to provide benefit to the community in variety ofaspects. Topic: Implementing CSR activities in the corporation to achieve their sustainable targets. Background of the Project: It is essential for a business organization is to implement CSRproject in their business practices. It can be related with the environment, health, education,and other aspects which create a sound image of the company. In the context of Hilton Hotel,there are various issue are increase relating to implementing CSR project which must beconsidered by the researcher in this report. This study is providing the guidelines for citedfirm is to plan CSR proposed project and make their decision accordingly. On the other hand,there are various regulatory bodies which concentre of CSR project carefully and followgovernment guidelines in an effective manner. The company wants to communicate with itscustomer regarding CSR and its implementing such project which leads to increase theirperformance and profitability which is a common goal for each and every enterprise.
Aims: To implement CSR project in the business corporation in order to meeting its longterm sustainable targets at Hilton Hotel. Objectives:To determine the significance of CSR project in attaining its long term goals.To identity the relationship between CSR activities and competitive advantage.To analyse the CSR project implementation on Hilton Hotel performance.To analyse the various tools and techniques relating to CSR activities at Hilton Hotel. Research question: How CSR project helps in attaining organization goals?What is the relationship between CSR project and competitive advantage?What is the impact of CSR and business performance at Hilton Hotel?What kind of methods can be used by the cited firm in order to meet its objectives?P2 Project management plan of CSR Project management plan is a format which includes project details such as time limit,resources and activities. It helps to provide the guideline how a research project executes andimplement in order to meet its short and long term targets (Baiden, and Price, 2011). It is oneof the significant tools where project manager monitors all activities and make their decisionaccordingly. In the context of given case, the project divided in to other activities and assignthe time limit for each activity. The main of this research report is to save time and moneywhich increase their revenue.
