organisation. In order to producing better quality of services for consumers, organisations use the
advanced technology in its production process (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). This present
report is based A One Communication Company. IT provides the data communication services
to people so that they can connect with each other. In this present report mentions about the aims
and objectives of this project. Gantt chart and Work breakdown structure to give the stages and
frameworks to completion of project will be discussed in this. The researcher carried out the
research on small scale through applying the quantitative and qualitative methods of
investigation.

Project- It refers to set planned of interrelated activities to implements over particular
time period with in given cost and some of the other limitations. Project is task and activities that
needs more time as well as efforts.
Problem Statement- Digital technology is used in small size business in order to know
regarding consumers, make improvement in efficiency of operations, minimize cost and also
understand rivals. Skilled and skills manpower are most two necessary elements which can
impact on efficiency of digital technologies. In addition to this, new technologies can change
process of work of small organisation.
Project Strategy- It is an explanatory study to determine opportunities as well as
challenges which can faced through small organisation because of digitalisation. Opportunities
along with the challenges will focus on the performance of business, there is a need of need time
duration and cost for transformation purpose.
Digital technology helps in making the business successful. In this present time period, for
making the business activities easier, every company adopt the technology in a better pr
systematic manner. From the business run in a easy manner and firms can do its operations in a
better way. The main benefit of digital technology is to making the products attractive as well as

qualitative. The people always buy the quality services or which can satisfy needs of consumers

continuous basis. In addition to this, cloud computing technology provides better opportunities to
business so that they can share transfer as well as share their data in a safe manner and with in
less time period. There are different social platforms gives better opportunities to the business of
ALDI and through this company can communicate with its consumers in better manner and
convenience them to purchase goods of an organisation. It will be helpful in making positive
brand image of company at market place. In order to expand business in to the new areas, ALDI
needs to arrange the more funds. It is also helpful for managers to implementing operations
of business in better manner and remove all obstacles.

and information. It is necessary that data should of accurate as well as relevant. It is a procedure
of the naturalistic inquiry which seeks an in- depth understanding about social phenomena with

Quantitative research- In this includes flexibility, control,value openness. It is measured
in terms of facts and figures.
Primary method- The data which are collect through this method is used first time. There
are many different kinds of collecting the primary data and these are questionnaire, interview,
surveys, observation etc. But in this research to collect data there is questionnaire which is
prepared through the researcher to reach at valid conclusion. It includes collecting new

manner. Secondary research includes collection of recurrence data or information which has

associations, business firms and some of government agencies.

Researcher is that person which carried out an investigation through using the different
methods and tools. Before conducting the research, I formulate a better plan and set all the

activities and their completion time. It is my duty to implement the research related operations in
a systematic manner. At the item of conducting research, time and cost are main issue which I
faced in a bad manner. To collect and analyse data, I do not have more time. On the other hand
finance which is allocated for carried out whole investigation not enough. For collecting data, I
selected total 30 respondents which can give me accurate as well as relevant information
regarding topic of research in a better manner. In addition to this I faced some difficulties in
finding the research. But regarding this, I gave my best and try to manage all research related
activities in a better manner. In context to gather the more data, I select the different social
platforms from respondents. In research, I utilize all the resources in efficient manner and also
develop the better outcomes. From completion of report, I achieved accurate, reliable and
relevant data or information related to specific topic. It was more effective and I managed my
tasks according to set time period. Through this, I can completed my projects with in decide
time. From this I learned many things like use better sources to collect data, deal with people,

Through this project the main aim is to use of digital technology to
