I also identify that it is hard to collect data and information of the research because it is time consuming process and sometime respondents also not show their interest, this thing demotivates me but I try my best and complete my research. these respondents and all of them support me and help me in completing my research. These research topics taught me that how an organization motivates and boost the morale of their employees. This research also increases and influences my thought process. In this process I also try to understand the behaviour and working style of the employees at work. This research experience makes me more competitive and develops new skills in me. I feel more confident after research, and I also feel that now I have clear understanding about my topic equality and diversity. During my research I found best ways to approach things in the organization. I learned that how equal rights and opportunities motivate the workforce and how diversification brings perfectness in the work. With the research I gain new skills and knowledge also learns about the culture and environment of the organization and how these influence the workforce of the company. While conducting research, it comes to know about my strengths and weaknesses and how I can convert my weaknesses into my strengths. This research motivates and encourages me and enhances my skills, ability, and capability at work. During this research process I develop and create new relations with my superiors as well as with my subordinates who will really helpful for me in future (Xie, and Chen, 2018). CONCLUSION From this report it has been concluded that organization have establish or develop various strategies and policies to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization successfully. To execute equality and diversity at workplace proper analyses, communication and strategies should maintain within the organization.
