INTRODUCTIONCSR is the process that tell about the social responsibility of the company takesresponsibility and also takes initiatives to create a social and environmental well being of thesociety that will help the company to create social changes in the society (Shattock, 2010). Thisreport is based on A.K. Holdings Ltd in which it tells how company is using CSR to make theirbusiness successful and this will help in making better relationship with customers and it willhelp in creating social changes in society and by this company will also get benefits like thecompany will take initiatives and responsibility regarding the changes in social norms and valuesof business. The report is based on certain questions like what are the objectives of the this reportand what are the project plans of CSR in A.K. Holdings Ltd and it also tells about thebreakdown structure of the company.TASK 1P1 Aims and objectives of project.Topic: Execution of CSR activities in AK Holdings to maximise their revenues by enhancingsocial interactions.
Background: AK Holdings is an chemical manufacturing company so they are having a hugeneed to implement CSR activities to make their organisation ECO friendly. By implementing thisthey can make a better image among the society. They are having a having large chemical andcarbonic waste which pollutes air and water. Aims and objectives of project that is given in case study like contributing to economicdevelopment, improving the quality of the workforce, develop sustainable practices of thebusiness that will help A.K. Holdings Ltd to develop and adopt sustainable practices of businessoperations. It also helps in increasing number of stakeholders of the company and the strategicbenefits of the company and that will create a positive effect in the society and company willalso get benefits like increase in number of customers and so on (Eckerson, 2010). It also helpsin creating economic development of the company and hence CSR will help in creating thebusiness successful and hence there will be better production of the company and hence therewill be economic growth of the economy that will help in creating more benefits to the companylike there will be increase in technology and hence there will be more resources in the companyand it will also generate social changes in the economy and it will help in generating morecustomers that will create more profit to the company.
