Research methodology1 timeFeedback from tutor Data Analysis1 timeComparisonfromsecondary information available online PART 2 P4 Small scale research by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods Research Type:Research is categorised into types that is qualitative and quantitative where qualitative study presents primary exploratory research. This is used by scholar for gaining understanding over reasons and opinions over research aim and objectives. However, qualitative research helps in objective measurements and statistical and numerical analysis. The present
study is of both type that is quantitative and qualitative type where scholar has collected data from primary survey. Research Philosophy:This denotes the Phenomenon of collecting, interpreting and analysing data. There are two types of research philosophy that is positivism and interpretivism where positivism assumes scientific approach where knowledge is presented by understanding statistics of data (Tracy, 2019). However, interpretivism philosophy helps the scholar in integrating human interest in study. The research research is about creation, launch and marketing of Brand- new summer shoe and therefore outline realistic data with human perception is important. Thus, in this research scholar used positivism well as interpretivism philosophy. Research Approach:Approach depicts procedure and plan of research which comprise broad assumptions over collected, interpreted and analysed information. There are two types of approach that is inductive ad deductive where inductive aim at generating new theory and research aspects from collected data whereas deductive aim at testing of assumptions (Gravetter and Forzano, 2018). In this study researcher used both approaches to present quantitative and qualitative results of primary survey. Sampling:This is methodological tool which helps in sorting population and sources which can help in accumulating reliable information. There are wide range of sampling tools that is stratified, random, snowball, etc. In this study scholar used random sampling method where sample of the study is 60 women randomly selected from London on the basis of their buying patterns. Data Collection:Data collection is the essential aspect of research and is collected with the help of two methods that is primary and secondary. Secondary collected data helps in outlining facts and interpreting already collected information (Green and Thorogood, 2018). Primary data is fresh and is collected via different tools such as face to face interview, survey, observation etc. In present study researcher collected information n from primary data collection method via footwear survey with the help of shoe questionnaire. Data Analysis:Analysis of data is interpretation of collected information to draw outcomes for addressing research objectives. In this study scholar presented thematic analysis which is prepared with the help of questionnaires. Small scale qualitative and qualitive research

The major problem which I faced during research was drafting of aim and objectives as I
was unable to think three different aspect of product altogether.Yes, I identified problem in Aim when forming objectives which I resolved own my own with the help of study scenario. 11Whatdidyoulearnfromundertakingtheproject? Time management, critical and logical reasoning. Further I learned division of work and stages of project management. 11How would you rate your performance as ProjectManager? 7.5 out 10 11Whatstrengthsandweaknessesofyourperformancedidyouidentify? As per this study I feel my strength is division of work as per project plan whereas my weakness during the research was critical analysis and compare and contrast of collected information from primary survey. 11Howwillthisinformandsupportyourcontinuousprofessionaldevelopment? Improvement in research skills and will support in drafting aim an objective of future researches G1 Success of project and its usefulness with respect to organisational performance Successful completionof projectisdirectly related to assessmentof organisational performance because the aim of study is to evaluate creation launch and marketing of new summer shoe by Burberry. The research will help in deriving consumer response and preferences over shoe which will assist in making relevant changes in plan of launch and marketing. The relevant changes in product planning will result in successful launch and creating unique brand awareness. Thus, accomplishing valid information over objectives will eliminate risk of error and will assist the firm in gaining competitive advantage. G2 P7 Reflection on research with reference to learning, performance and meeting objectives The learning from study was full of new perception and observation from which I learned about the coordination of three aspect of production which is creation, launching and marketing. Further, I learned about the budget of product designing which is high because the organization is focused on high quality and gaining competitive advantage. Apart from this, development of project management plan helped me in gaining wide knowledge over project deliverables, resources, etc. which are necessary to be considered to meeting research objectives.
Further, I feel objectives of research are met because of the survey and the questionnaire as it helped in gaining accurate knowledge over questions of project. Analysis and interpretation of study with the help of pie charts and Bar diagram helped me in clear comparison of views of sampled participants.Primary data collection was suitable approach of deriving response of shoppers. Further, I feel primary qualitative research helps in forecasting response of buyers to new change which in this study was launch of new summer shoe. Moreover, I learner and gained understanding over qualitative and quantitative research toolswhichhelpsinpresentinglogicalreasoningoveraccumulatedinformation. My performance during research was good which I analysed after developing project management plan in which I incorporate every possible and reliable information withed to scope, risk, cots, time of creation, launch and marketing of brand-new summer shoes. Further, I leaned the importance of developing Gantt chart and work break down structure. This helped me in outlining different project activities in series which reduced the risks of errors. Thus, from entire study I can say that study improved my knowledge over research, critical thinking and development of specific aim and objectives for research. In accordance with reflection over own learning from research I would like to conclude by stating that in future researchers I will focus on segregating research task not only on the basis of task but also on the basis of sub heads. Also, I feel I should focus on gathering secondary facts related to objectives of stud as it helps in gaining in-depth understanding over research topic. Review from secondary source helps in making analysing specific and simple. CONCLUSION The research summarized different stages of project management of creation, launch and marketing of brand-new summer shoe with regard to competitors. The study outline scope, communication, time, communicationsstrategieswhichwillebsuedtoaddressresearch objectives. Further, it discussed type of research that is qualitative and qualitative with the help of different research tools.
