INTRODUCTIONManaging project is a practice of planning, initiating, executing, controlling and endingwork of particular team to attain certain goal. There are five stages which will be involved insummer shoes project that is project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control andclosure. Problem in the study will be management of three aspects altogether that is creating,launch and marketing of brand-new summer new shoes with regard to big brands. This will help in evaluating the material used by Burberry forunique designing of summer shoe. Second objective of research will outline about launch ofshoes at a price of £2500 per shoe in comparison to big brands.
