developing retailing company that deals with products and services of food or grocery which
have been awarded as the best independent grocery stores ever. This study will analyse aims,
objectives of research for controlling and assessing the impact of digital technology on the
organisation as well as how it helps in evolving.

can help in proper development. Unicorn grocery desire to deploy their business geographically
for which the company is getting new technologies in their working environment The purpose of
managing such activities is to getting to the sore of assignment through hindering the
obstructions from the path of achievement. Scope: The project scope is very high as the new generation is going more digitalised and
adopting creative and innovative ideas and technologies. This project render and support
the company or researcher through increasing the productivity and adopting new tools of
technology. The online and offline tools helps the company in increasing their
productivity or profitability of organisation. Risk Management: The risk administration is required for a company as it helps in
evolving and hindering the obstruction in accomplishing an assignment on time. The risk
in the respected project is lower in Unicorn Grocery as the company is focusing over the
expansion of business as well as the new trend is preferring more advanced and modified
technology. But the management group need to manage the risk or danger that can
associate within the project for better and effective implementation. The company
management need to make the appropriate decisions for minimising the danger. Quality Control: The major factor which is needed to consider in the matter of digital
technology or innovation is quality (Eweje, Turner and Müller, 2012). This is nattiness to
maintain the quality of innovative product or service for making appropriate changes in
the company. Cost: Costing can be also considered as one of the obstruction in completion of an
project. The over-costing can become barrier and limit the expansion of digital
technology, the company need to make a proper budget and implement it effectively for
managing working cost.

 Secondary data: The secondary data refer to information and data which have been used

vary them according time, trend and technology (). From this report I have learned various
perspective of digital technology and its importance in company growth, marketing and

and completing research report. For this report, I have analysed journals, articles, books etc. and
get to know the way of analysing it. Also I now know the interpretation techniques, Gantt Chart
building, solving issues, and collection of primary data. Thus, I have learned make a more
