Many of the organisations are using CSR to increase their effectiveness for the society which can help to the company to improve their workings as per the needs of the society. Corporate Social Responsibility is based on the society needs an demands which can help to the company to promote their business in the target society and it can help to the company to increase their promotions and make a their business relations with the society. This report is based on the XXX restaurant which is having focus to reduce food wastage in the organisation. This report is containingaims and objectives of the CSR and project management plan which can help to the restaurant to make CSR activities. Work break down structure and Gantt chart can be help full for the company to manage all of the CSR activities according to the time. PART A P1 Project aims and objectives A business approach to manage effective development in the economical, social and environmental benefits to all of the stake holders. CSR activities are having based on the social needs to provide their services on these social cause. XXX restaurant is working in the food sector and it is essential for the organisation to manage all of the departments of the restaurant. And for successful and smooth operations of business the management has to take certain steps (Edmonds, 2011). There are certain questions which can be asked to solve the problems and issues and these are: what is the role of corporate social responsibility that can help XXX in attaining the competitive edge over its competitors. What is the extent to which CSR activities can help in attaining objectives of XXX. What could be the importance of these activities and how they can be applies in the organisation.
Project Strategies The strategies in XXX are made to accomplish the aim of implementing corporate social responsibilities and to achieve sustainable development. The problem that the cited entity were facing is related to the wastage of food. There are lots of wastage happening from the leftovers of the customers (Smith, Binns and Tushman, 2010). The strategies need to be followed for the effective implementation are: the employer should encourage the employees to contribute their efforts in reducing food wastage. The management of the XXX restaurant made the provision to fund the CSR activities from their pre tax profits. CSR strategies should be told to the stakeholders as it will improve the reputation of the organisation in the eyes of its stakeholders and in general public. The staff of the restaurant should be well trained about the management of food wastage and they should make proper use of food that is wasted by customers. There must be made a separate department for managing the CSR activities and these should be initiated with very enthusiastically. Project Objectives The main objective of the project is to analyse the extent to which it helps to gain the competitive advantage over the other restaurants. To determine the level to which it can improve the efficiency and reputation of the restaurant. To determine the consequences that is related with the implementation of these corporate social responsibilities (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011). To determine the benefit that the community and society at large is getting from these activities. Smart formula is used for achieving these objectives: ◦the objective must be specific that is the objective of the CSR activity is to reduce food wastage. ◦The measure of the level of food that is being wasted must be calculated. ◦Time required for this activity is 6 months. Within this time entire wastage must be eliminated.

So this is a core factors of the CSR which can help and support to the organisation to increase the social well being by their acts. Satisfaction of the stakeholders:It is essential for the company to make positive activities on the social cause as the XXX restaurant is having an aim on the food waste so it is essential for them to make satisfy their stakeholders by their CSR activities. Excluded scope:the people that are not relevant in the CSR activities they are not a part of the CSR. People like competitors and investors are not involved in the CSR activities so the XXX restaurant has to make those types for plans which can not make an impact on the stake holders. Some of the points are here which are excluded from the CSR program of the company; Market competitors:Competitors are not involved in to the CSR many is the companies are having rivalry with the XXX so it is essential for the company to make a proper planning on the CSR activities by which they can ensure their won benefits and social benefits in the CSR.
Investors:Each and every organisation is having their investors which help to the organisation to make their business activities which gives a return on the investment on their business. CSR can make an additional pressure on the company so it is essential for the company to manage their CSR program in an appropriate manner which can reduce the pressure of the CSR on their investors. As the XXX restaurant is having CSR on the food wastage which can reduce their production cost also and creates m9ore benefits for the organisation. SUCCESS CRITERIA It is essential for the XXX restaurant to determine a success criteria which can help to the organisation to make adjustments in their CSR activities accordingly. So they have to make tehir success criteria to measure their activities on the basis of this; Cost of production:As the organisation is working in the food processing and they are providing foods to the customers and they are having an objective to make CSR in the food wastage which supports to the organisation to reduce their internal cost of production. Customers satisfaction:Customers are involved in to the CSR and as the XXX restaurant is having CSR in to the food wastage so it is essential for the company to make their activities in a manner which can impress their customers and as well as to motivate them also to them to reduce the food waste while taking lunch and dinner in to the restaurant. Public relation:CSR activities are based on the stakeholders and organisation so it is essential for the company to make their better relationship with the customers and targeted public. So they have to make a better relationship with the targeted customers by their CSR activities (Shattock, 2010). They have to measure their CSR activities on the basis of the public relation to ensure the public benefits and personal benefits also. PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS As the company is working in the CSR in the food wastage so it can help to the company to reduce the internal expenditure of the organisation and as well as it can reduce the cost of production by enhancing the use of the raw material. This project is based on the cost, time and quality of the products. so here are some points which can define the assumptions;
Cost:It can reduce the cost of the products which made by the XXX restaurant which is profitable for them. Time:It can reduce the production time by enhancing the use of raw material. Appropriate tools and techniques There are some tools and techniques which is used by the researchers so that they can be able to do proper research and there are some tools and techniques which can be used are: Quantitative data- It a collection of information which is related to the qualities in which the information can measured and it can be written in the form of numbers and symbols, etc. quantitative data can be collected through: Sample survey-In this method company divide small parts and then they do survey on that part of people which would help in gathering information (Shattock, 2010). Census-This is a part in which the data or a information is being collect from each and every part. Administration data- In the data is being collect by the day to day activities which is being performed in the organisation. Qualitative data-This data is hard then the quantitative data, this is done directly by the researcher and this helps in finding out in depth. Personal interview-This is a tool which helps in collecting data from people personally, by face to face interview, telephonic or from any other way. These informations are being recorded so that they can be able to use it when ever they needed. Observation- In this the information is being collected with the help of observing things by providing some situation to the people or group of people or with any other thing (Sparrow, 2012). Questionnaire-In the some questions are being prepared so that they can ask people about it and they can get answers by different people which will help the researcher to know what all changes are to done etc. Conclusion and recommendations related to the survey study There are some strategies which can help the firm to get proper plans and help in making their customers satisfied by there products and services. Charity-This helps the firm in doing some good and social work, this also help in making society aware about the company.

The aim of the study should be every clear. It is very essential to make suer about the stakeholders. Important to know about accurate methods, tools and techniques (Ward, 2016). Gathering of information-This is that process which use to go through all the process with its end. Analysing the information-The conclusion which is done in the project should be accurate to the topic which is provided. There are many methods by which researcher can be able to collect the appropriate data which is required in the project. By this one can know about the topic which is being researched in this. This report had helped me to knowing about the methods and different tools which are used in this research. I even learned to make questionnaire and the process of making graphs and all this research made me learn many things and while doing this research I faced many problems but learned many new things.
CONCLUSION In this report we have concluded about how one can successfully manage a business with various aspects of the management and the and also considered all the data collection methods and the questionnaire as to know about the market of the surroundings.Strategic plan is to make of the organization without the means of putting them in the place. implementation is the important part of the strategic planning process if the organization wants make an strategic plan then they have to include the implementation plan in it so that they can achieve it. the implementation plans are different from the organization to the other organization.we also discussed about the work break down structure and the Gantt chart. the company has to follow of the planning process so that they can been able to do there project properly and they can making all things in an proper manner so that they can achieve their goals and objectives.
