INTRODUCTIONManaging activities is an essential part of an organisations to attain their businessobjectives in time, all of the companies which are working on the national and internationallevel is taking management seriously which help to them to attain their business objectives(den Hertog,van der Aa and de Jong, 2010). Many of the organisations are using CSR toincrease their effectiveness for the society which can help to the company to improve theirworkings as per the needs of the society. Corporate Social Responsibility is based on thesociety needs an demands which can help to the company to promote their business in thetarget society and it can help to the company to increase their promotions and make a theirbusiness relations with the society. This report is based on the XXX restaurant which ishaving focus to reduce food wastage in the organisation. This report is containing aims andobjectives of the CSR and project management plan which can help to the restaurant to makeCSR activities. Work break down structure and Gantt chart can be help full for the companyto manage all of the CSR activities according to the time. PART AP1 Project aims and objectivesA business approach to manage effective development in the economical, social andenvironmental benefits to all of the stake holders. CSR activities are having based on thesocial needs to provide their services on these social cause. XXX restaurant is working in the food sector and it is essential for the organisation tomanage all of the departments of the restaurant. And for successful and smooth operations ofbusiness the management has to take certain steps (Edmonds, 2011). There are certainquestions which can be asked to solve the problems and issues and these are:what is the role of corporate social responsibility that can help XXX in attaining thecompetitive edge over its competitors.What is the extent to which CSR activities can help in attaining objectives of XXX.What could be the importance of these activities and how they can be applies in theorganisation.

Project StrategiesThe strategies in XXX are made to accomplish the aim of implementing corporatesocial responsibilities and to achieve sustainable development. The problem that the citedentity were facing is related to the wastage of food. There are lots of wastage happening fromthe leftovers of the customers (Smith, Binns and Tushman, 2010). The strategies need to befollowed for the effective implementation are:the employer should encourage the employees to contribute their efforts in reducingfood wastage.The management of the XXX restaurant made the provision to fund the CSR activitiesfrom their pre tax profits.CSR strategies should be told to the stakeholders as it will improve the reputation ofthe organisation in the eyes of its stakeholders and in general public.The staff of the restaurant should be well trained about the management of foodwastage and they should make proper use of food that is wasted by customers.There must be made a separate department for managing the CSR activities and theseshould be initiated with very enthusiastically.Project ObjectivesThe main objective of the project is to analyse the extent to which it helps to gain thecompetitive advantage over the other restaurants.To determine the level to which it can improve the efficiency and reputation of therestaurant.To determine the consequences that is related with the implementation of thesecorporate social responsibilities (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011).To determine the benefit that the community and society at large is getting from theseactivities.Smart formula is used for achieving these objectives:the objective must be specific that is the objective of the CSR activity is to reducefood wastage.The measure of the level of food that is being wasted must be calculated.Time required for this activity is 6 months. Within this time entire wastage mustbe eliminated.

The project that has been undertaken is realistic and is achievableProject Scope Statement This is relevant for the organisation this will exclude the factors that are not important. Thefactors that are relevant for the organisation are included in this so that they can contributetheir efforts and make the implementation of corporate social responsibility a success.Included scope: stakeholders: the stakeholders plays a very important role in the implementing theactivities. As they are the parties which are interested in the restaurant's business andthey want it to grow as in return they will grow. These parties include shareholders,suppliers, creditors, competitors and government.Ethical norms: the company that follows ethical values are the one that gain successin the market (Shattock, 2010). They have a very good goodwill in the market. Theyfollow ethical cultures and their employees and staff remain happy and they make thecustomers happy and satisfied.Social well being: CSR is having an objective of the social benefits as theorganisation is having CSR objective to reduce the food waste in the organisation. Sothey have to make those type of activities which can help to the company to arrangetheir activities. So this is a core factors of the CSR which can help and support to theorganisation to increase the social well being by their acts. Satisfaction of the stakeholders: It is essential for the company to make positiveactivities on the social cause as the XXX restaurant is having an aim on the food wasteso it is essential for them to make satisfy their stakeholders by their CSR activities. Excluded scope: the people that are not relevant in the CSR activities they are not a part ofthe CSR. People like competitors and investors are not involved in the CSR activities so theXXX restaurant has to make those types for plans which can not make an impact on the stakeholders. Some of the points are here which are excluded from the CSR program of thecompany;Market competitors: Competitors are not involved in to the CSR many is thecompanies are having rivalry with the XXX so it is essential for the company to makea proper planning on the CSR activities by which they can ensure their won benefitsand social benefits in the CSR.

Investors: Each and every organisation is having their investors which help to theorganisation to make their business activities which gives a return on the investmenton their business. CSR can make an additional pressure on the company so it isessential for the company to manage their CSR program in an appropriate mannerwhich can reduce the pressure of the CSR on their investors. As the XXX restaurant ishaving CSR on the food wastage which can reduce their production cost also andcreates m9ore benefits for the organisation. SUCCESS CRITERIAIt is essential for the XXX restaurant to determine a success criteria which can help tothe organisation to make adjustments in their CSR activities accordingly. So they have tomake tehir success criteria to measure their activities on the basis of this;Cost of production: As the organisation is working in the food processing and they areproviding foods to the customers and they are having an objective to make CSR in the foodwastage which supports to the organisation to reduce their internal cost of production. Customers satisfaction: Customers are involved in to the CSR and as the XXX restaurant ishaving CSR in to the food wastage so it is essential for the company to make their activities ina manner which can impress their customers and as well as to motivate them also to them toreduce the food waste while taking lunch and dinner in to the restaurant. Public relation: CSR activities are based on the stakeholders and organisation so it isessential for the company to make their better relationship with the customers and targetedpublic. So they have to make a better relationship with the targeted customers by their CSRactivities (Shattock, 2010). They have to measure their CSR activities on the basis of thepublic relation to ensure the public benefits and personal benefits also. PROJECT ASSUMPTIONSAs the company is working in the CSR in the food wastage so it can help to thecompany to reduce the internal expenditure of the organisation and as well as it can reducethe cost of production by enhancing the use of the raw material. This project is based on thecost, time and quality of the products. so here are some points which can define theassumptions;

Cost: It can reduce the cost of the products which made by the XXX restaurant which isprofitable for them. Time: It can reduce the production time by enhancing the use of raw material. Quality: Use of raw material in an efficient manner can help to the organisation to increasethe quality of the products. PART 22. Implementation plan.Strategic plan is to make of the organization without the means of putting them in theplace. implementation is the important part of the strategic planning process if theorganization wants make an strategic plan then they have to include the implementation planin it so that they can achieve it(Gharajedaghi., 2011). the implementation plans are differentfrom the organization to the other organization. it use to depend fully on the strategic planwhich is actually is been made some of the plans which has to be taken in implementing thestrategy: Evaluate the strategic plan, the first step in the implementation, it is important toknow the actual plan. and it is important to make note of the plans which can be changed it isnecessary to know about the plans which are not true and it have high in cost, or it canconsume time or the money. there should be an back-up plan ready so that if any ideas canfail then it can be applied. create a vision for implementing the strategic plan, the vision is anpart or an idea to achieve the goals and the objectives of the organization by making the plansand by following the steps so that it can be able to complete the things which has to becompleted. it is necessary to know about the result and to know that why it is important in thisto everyone so there will no problems arise by this(Keller., ParameswaranLaw., ChenandWu., 2010). there should be an clear and proper to picture of the strategic plans which canhelp in achieving it. selection of the team members to help in implementing the strategic plan,there should be an proper team which can understand the use of the purpose by which isbeen plan and to understand the steps which are been involved in it. the proper responsibilitieshas to be given to any person so that they can do this in an proper manner. there should be anproper meeting so that they can make all the plans properly, in the meeting they shouldpresent the list of the goals and the objectives and they should discuss the strategic plans withall the teams which has to be accomplished so that is there is any problem regarding the

things can be done in it and the changes which are to be made in the plans so that they canmake and schedule it again. there should be an reward system which can be make successduring the implementation process. the upper management should be involved where it isappropriate, there should be an proper planning or the information which is happening and theprocess report has to be provided on the implementation plan(Mathur., Mathurand Kenyon.,2012). the management of the organization should be included in it so they also can knowabout the process of the implementations, as because the management can be able to tellabout the changes which are been occurred.
