The present assignment is based on Continental Consulting Limited which is engaged In
Business process re-engineering located in London. Its potential customers includes small and
medium manufacturing companies located in and around London and Greater London. The
project covers the aims and objectives of Continental Consulting Ltd. Regarding implementation
of digital technology. In addition with this, project management plan, breakdown structure, Gantt
chart, Small-scale research, tools and techniques used to analyse data are briefly discussed under
this report. Recommendation and Reflection upon undertakings are also made under this report.

Continental Consulting Ltd. is UK-based organisation which is engaged in supporting
small and medium manufacturing companies to re-engineering their business process so to
achieve high sustainability and profitability. It serves them in and around the London and
Greater London. The company was established eight years ago with procurement of latest
equipment, computer and IT facilitates but due to passage of time, rapid innovation in IT
industry makes their eight year ago equipments obsolete and outdated. For this purpose, the
management felt requirement of upgrading the use of IT technologies so as to make enhance the
capabilities of organisation and maintain their competitiveness among their rivals. The present
project is based on such up-gradation of IT technology that will be helpful for Continental
Consulting Ltd. To achieve desired goals and objectives within pre-determined time period
(Adzic, 2011).
