I faced problems such as uninterested respondents, lack of financial resources, lack of participation of respondents, lack of guidance and planning which affects my research work. I have to work with quick deadlines which affects my working efficiency. I was restricted to specific budget set by my supervisor. There was lack of time because of short deadlines, so there were possibilities of mismatch of data but I managed the situation quietly. My team was very supporting which helped me to accumulate and store data systematically. Due to systematic and organised management, I have finally managed to conduct a research report accurately.
I feel like there is more requirement of expertise knowledge, guidance through which team can perform well. This is relevant and significant and attaining goals and objectives. I feel like language is a barrier due to which respondents can not answer effective which affects project interpretation. I am able to accomplish this project because of positive attitude of my team.
