They provide services related to Business process Re-engineering and also, potential customers that includes small as well as medium manufacturing firms which is located in or around London and also Greater London. It facilitates in enabling evaluation of multiple datasets that is faster and more accurate than any other type of methods to be adopted. With the help of survey, I succeeded in collecting authentic data from employees of marketing department.There were many useful information that direct the research into certain conclusion which can be used for formulating a particular theory related to the impact of digital technology on the growth and innovation of market department. It has been observed that functions of this unit were more effective and they were able to gather more efficacious customer insight which is useful for formulating strategies at macro level.
